So this morning I cheated and weighed myself and 151lb popped up. I exercised for 15 minutes and cleaned for a hour and curiosity got the best of me because I stepped back on the scale to see my weigh went down to 147lbs.
I do tend to carry a lot of water weight so if you're like me I would recommend weighing yourself after you exercise and/or clean.
