How to not go crazy during night time feedings
The best way to tolerate a night time feeding is to try and like it!
Ha ha you say that's impossible. Honestly ladies night time feedings can suck especially when you feel so tired you think your eyes might fall out but they don't have to be so tough.
I make night time feedings easier by going on my iPhone and checking notifications, watching YouTube videos and playing games. My daughter is half asleep laying in her nursing pillow with a blanket to support her bottle and of course I burp her and put her to bed when she's done. With a 3 month old it doesn't take long at all. She's asleep in 15-45 minutes and I pump for 50mins (my flow is very slow).
I recommend not really talking to your little one because the goal is to have them eventually sleep through the night without you and that can only happen if they learn to be independent and that it's sleep time not talk or play time.
Something else you can do is think about something your looking forward to like a new pair of shoes, a party or even plan your grocery list, I have! Lol simple things really do make those late night feedings a lot more tolerable.
I have a few random baby buys I just had to show ;)
