Quick update
So I'm thinking about doing a weekly video about my weightless. I plan on recording the number, some healthy foods I've been liking. I don't think I will talk about the exercises I do because I don't know they're names and I'm not a fitness expert so I don't want to be encouraging doing certain amounts because it may not be right for you however I will say a couple popular exercises I do are crunches because they work great for my tummy and squats to give my butt a lift. I'll be writing about other things but those are the main two.
I might get the scale tonight If I do I'll have a post up soon. If you plan on loosing weight especially after having a baby then I wish you the best of luck! I've been MIA from YouTube however I will have a video up probably by tomorrow.
