Weigh in

The number was a lot higher then I expected 150lbs to be exact. I told Devon I don't feel like I've gained weight since my last weigh in around 3 months ago. We figured its because I gained muscle which I think is true because I am more toned and I definitely feel smaller.

My goal is 128lbs but I'll settle for around 135lbs. That means I gota loose about 20lbs. I'm not going to lie I feel a bit panicked. It's such a large number however my goal is to drop a pound a week. I think it's realistic and acceptable.

I did weigh in at the end of the day so I will weigh in Sunday morning and shall weigh in every Sunday from then on and of course report back.
