5 Tips for Pregnant Diva's

I believe every woman deserves to be a diva when there pregnant, after all we do have it pretty tough. Some ladies act like pregnancy is nothing but this is my second time around so I know you girls are lying! You know its ok to act like a bitch just because you're hungry, its ok to just want to sit at home all day and pig out, its ok to not wana eat some unappetizing meal family/friends has cooked up for dinner. Why is it ok? Its ok because we deserve to do what we please and that my friends is my number one tip!

2 Wear comfy boots especially in winter! Ya leather boots look sexy but common with swollen feet and even slippery conditions your just going to feel like crap at the end of the day and you can even put yourself and your baby in danger if you end up falling.. Instead start wearing Emu's, Uggs will do too and if you cant afford those look for good made knock offs. They're super cozy & warm! Personally I think they look cute too.

3 Splurge on a foundation! EVERY WOMEN suffers from "bad" skin at some point in there pregnancy, its only normal with the raging hormones we have so toss that drugstore bb cream aside and invest in a nice medium to full foundation at Sephora.

4 Chubby bunny! About 90% of pregnant ladies face swell up a bit during pregnancy (I'm one boo). So what can you do? Contour, contour, contour and even using self tan products like lotions and foams help. They're safe because they just stain the skin and I believe having a tan is slimming (just my opinion).

5 Give into those damn cravings! I get sooooo annoyed when pregnant people act like there doing something so bad when they give into a craving -_- All the protein and healthy stuff is broken down and given to the baby so you really have nothing to feel bad about just don't eat Mc'Donalds everyday and you and your baby will be fine!

Lastly I just want to say don't be scared of gaining weight. When I was pregnant with my son I gained 60lbs and I ate pretty normal but I ate a lot because I was always hungry and I couldn't help that. Everyone would say your soooo small but I don't think I was that small, I initially weighed 120lbs so I could tell my face was puffy, my thighs were huge, my arms were getting chubby and of course I had a belly. About 9 weeks after I had my son I lost 38lbs and after 3 months of having my son I had lost almost all of it (50lbs) but then I went on Birth control and I struggled loosing weight for awhile, before I had my son I weighed about 135lbs. After I have Julianna I would like to get down to at least 125-128 but I'm not going to be hard on myself and I'm going to give myself a year to do so. Weight can be lost and so can happiness, so know matter what size you may be just be happy and greatful that you have a little bundle of joy!

22 Weeks pregnancy update

How far along? 22 Weeks tomorrow (early update because tomorrow is Christmas!)

Total weight gain/measurements? 8lbs that I know of; Weight gain update at my next appointment.

Maternity clothes? Nothing new. I will probably buy more stuff in a month.

Stretch marks? Been using bio-oil, its keep my skin silky smooth :) Also got this organic coconut oil which smells quite nice its just not as absorbent as bio oil.

Sleep? It's started to get a little difficult but not by much, I find I sleep the best on my left side or on my back, I miss sleeping on my belly!

Best moment this week? Well Christmas of course will be the best moment but tonight Devon and I  let our son open up a Christmas gift and he was so excited, he wasn't sure how to open it so I did but he was so excited to get a tool set; he played with it for an hour :) I've been feeling Julianna kick so much from the outside of my belly and move around, I can seen it pretty good so its really neat.

Miss anything? I've been enjoying this pregnancy but it isn't easy.

 Movement? Lot's

Food cravings? Watermelon, Clementines, Tropical juice, Chocolate. Devon made a tortia pizza and even though I wasn't craving it it was probably the best thing I ate this week, I also had a rolo milkshake and that was really yummy too!

Anything making you queasy or sick? I have a migrane and Julianna has been quite active so the combination is making me feel a little queasy :/

 Gender? Girl :)

 Labor signs? Nope...

 Symptoms?
Cravings
Pregnancy Rash/Sensitive Skin
light headed
Shortness of breath all the time
Urge to urinate more frequently
Migraines! Been getting the damn things for  couple of months now
Weird vision, connects to migraines & pregnancy in general
Tired more often
Face is filling out

Belly button in or out? In! Was in with my last pregnancy, my baby bump was quite small.

Happy or moody most of the time? Both

Looking forward to? Christmas tomorrow! :) Lots of food and time with my family, what could be better? My aunt also got a puppy so I'm excited to meet him!

Revlon Selects

 Hey everyone its Jess

Recently Revlon asked women of all ages and careers if they wanted to test out some new products I believe 500 women were chosen and I was one of them.

This is the first time I've been sent  products for free to review so in return I have and will be giving my readers and youtube viewers my honest opinion.

Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy "Orbit"

Pros- Dries fast, You only need 1 coat of the base color & 2 coats of the flakie top coat, Holds up well, Grittiness fades after your nails get wet, Looks great.

Cons- The scent is strong and unpleasant, Flakie top coat is very rough at first, minor chipping after a day.

Overall I believe this is a great duo if you want to try out the flakie nail look, the scent of the polish is unpleasant but most polishes are.

                                                          Revlon Diamond File
Pros- Chic, Works great, Easy to use, Perfect gift for the holidays.

Cons-Glitter has a gritty feeling a plastic overcoat would have been nice.

Overall I think this product is fantastic, it does its job and looks great while doing so!

Revlon Nail Art "Vincent Van Gold"
                                                        Still to be tested

First Impression- Two gorgeous colors that flatter each other, consistency appears to be opaque and fast drying.

                                             Revlon Photo Ready "Metropolitan" 501

Pros- Gorgeous shadows, Good pigmentation, Shadows Blend well, Wearable, Affordable.

Cons- Packaging is slightly misleading (you don't actually get a primer), I would of liked at least one matte highlight, pigmentation could of been a bit better, 2 shadows are a tad bit powdery.

Overall this palette is gorgeous, its super wearable however I would still use a primer and a matte highlighter with it. I do have high expectations for shadows but I keep in mind this is a drugstore palette and it is affordable ($10-$12) so I would recommend this because the shadows do wear nicely and they are gorgeous.

                                    Revlon ColorStay Ultimate Suede "Backstage"

(Keep in mind so far I have only swatched it I have not had a chance to wear it out)

Pros- Silky Texture, Nice Shine, Long lasting stain, Glides on, Affordable, Nice Packaging, Perfect shade for the Holidays.

Cons- You will need makeup remover to get off the stain.

Overall I believe Revlon has created the perfect lipstick, the colors goes on smooth and its build-able but once the lipstick fades your still left with a gorgeous lip color.

Well thats my review I hope you enjoyed reading it! Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays :)
