Bobbi Brown Old Hollywood Eye Palette Review
For swatches check out my last post about this palette. This post is a review on how the shadows wore and pictures of the palette :)
The matte shadows were lovely they blended easily and the coverage was build-able. Bobbi Brown designed the shadows to not be overly pigmented so it makes them easy to work with and more old Hollywood looking.
The glitter shadows surprisingly didn't have any fall out. I used a synthetic brush and tapped out excess product. They looked lovely however they are on the sheer side as they are designed for layering. I wore them alone and layered and personally I thought they looked stunning.
The shimmer shadow was creamy, pigmented and a joy to work with however the metallic shadow did have fallout and applied unevenly. For a easy fix I will use MAC's fix+ next time (I used UD original primer).
Overall I love this palette. The shadows wore great with a primer and I like the diversity to the palette. I think this palette is for you if you like glitter and neutrals. If you don't then I would stay away ;)
