Weigh in 5
So my last weigh in was actually 141lbs and I'm up to 144lbs. I did eat super bad on Friday when I went to an amusement park and I'm bloated. I will do another weigh in on Wednesday or Thursday for a more accurate weigh in.

Is it worth it?
When I want to eat something that is fatty and just has little to no nutritional value I try to think is it worth it?
Am I willing to exercise extra hard later to loose the weight?
So next time your tempted to indulged ask yourself those questions.
Happy weight loss! :)

Weigh in 4 I think?
I know I wasn't going to do a weigh in but I couldn't resist.
I checked the scale like 4 times because I thought it was reading wrong I even checked my sons weight however I am down to 139lbs!
Honestly I don't know how I lost 7lbs in a week. I did a lot of walking on Thursday so I think that made a huge difference to be honest I haven't been keeping up with exercise and my diet hasn't been as balanced but I guess the walking for hours with a double stroller really helped keep in mind I had some help. Plus I stopped pumping a few weeks ago so I believe my body is finally letting me loose that extra pregnancy weight.
If anyone else is on a weight loss journey I hope you're doing just as well! :)

Baby feet!
Since I'm delaying my weigh in I thought I would share my baby girls über cute baby feet! I just love her toes.
Weigh in on Wednesday!
I've had a killer migraine for 2 days now so I have been unable to exercise and prepare proper meals so I'm delaying the weigh in. I know that the results will be discouraging if I weigh in tomorrow so I rather wait as I believe it's a wise choice.

Staying Confident when you're not confident in your body
Now for me this is something I have learnt to do and honestly it isn't easy. Yes I do wish I was a lot slimmer however I'm confident knowing I'm taking steps to turn that wish into a reality and to be honest that what makes me feel confident in my current figure.
Weight comes and goes, your appearance isn't everything what really matters is that your the type of person you could be proud of for example I want to be the type of person I want my children to be.
I want to be confident, truthful, loyal and giving. Those are traits I want my children to have, those are traits to be proud of. I'm not the friendliest person due to my social awkwardness and let's face it a lot of people these days have there heads stuck up they're own ass. I'm a firm believer in equality. I don't believe I'm better then anyone else, all humans have the same value however morally I think I do come off as a more well rounded person then most. I'm not ashamed to admit that, it might sound a egotistical but I just have a caring heart and it seems like people forget to care about other people. They could just flip through a channel and hear about children dying and not think twice however I'm brought to tears practically because I'm extremely sympathetic. Sympathy is probably the best trait someone could have for others. Without sympathy we would just be monsters.
Struggling with weight can make you feel more judgemental towards others because subconsciously it empowers you and makes you feel "better" then them. What you need to realize is everyone has some issues they're trying to work on and appearances only portray a part of us what really matters is who we are as a person. You need to feel good about yourself and you also need to physically feel good by staying healthy.
This post was a bit all over the place but I hope it helped. Just remember be the person you would want your kids to be.
