Weightloss!



  I've been a little MIA but life happens :)

 Anyways today I thought I would share some before and after pictures and some helpful tips on how I went from 128 to 117-118lbs and gained some muscle. (I'm 5'6 1/2)

 First I want to say that my goal was to loose some weight and gain a little definition. I never wanted to be super skinny or muscular. 

Tips 
1 Add light weights to exercises like squats and lunges

2 Track what you eat and count calories or macros 

3 Walk more often instead of driving to local places 

4 Drink lots of water

5 Don't under eat, you'll just store more fat later on

I hope you found those tips helpful

What's next for me?
Keep up with my normal workout but adding Cardio and lots of it to shed extra fat
