How to get a 'bubble' butt



  After having two kids I noticed my butt wasn't looking as lifted, my guess is it was from gaining around 100lbs altogether from both pregnancies and then loosing most of it all within a few years. 

 Everyone was talking about squats so I decided to give it a try however I noticed my butt was getting smaller! So I stopped for months and felt discouraged all I could think was I don't want a smaller butt and bigger thighs. 

 Short season hit and I thought ok I need to try this again but do more research. After looking at YouTube videos I realized what I was doing wrong was not adding weights.

 I decided to start off with just a couple pounds, instead of just regular squats I started doing several exercises such as courtesy squats, lunges and donkey kicks, those three are my favourite. I spend 5-10 minutes a day so really it doesn't take long at all and I've noticed good results in just a month so if you're feeling discouraged just change up things, find a routine that works for use and don't be afraid of weights! :)
