Occasionally on my blog I like to talk about health and wellness so I thought I would share a couple of my favourite go to snacks.
1 Mango
I LOVE it because it's simple to prepare, you just need to slice the two sides to separate the fruit from the core and then cut horizontal and vertical lines into to fruit and then you are good to go.
2 Chocolate banana peanut butter bites
All you need to do it cut a banana into small pieces, add on a little peanut butter between two pieces; Freeze for a hour, melt milk chocolate and then drizzle over top and freeze for a few more hours.
