Easy healthy yummy food

  Occasionally on my blog I like to talk about health and wellness so I thought I would share a couple of my favourite go to snacks.

1 Mango

I LOVE it because it's simple to prepare, you just need to slice the two sides to separate the fruit from the  core and then cut horizontal and vertical lines into to fruit and then you are good to go. 

2 Chocolate banana peanut butter bites 

All you need to do it cut a banana into small pieces, add on a little peanut butter between two pieces; Freeze for a hour, melt milk chocolate and then drizzle over top and freeze for a few more hours.

Dress for the body you have NOT the body you want 

  I have a naturally curly figure, I may have small tatas but my body has a hour glass shape so dressing in summer can be tricky. Sometimes bottoms can make my butt look flat because shorts often fit odd on me and flowy dresses and skirts can make me look larger because my butt is a little big so portion control is important. I like outfits that flatter my figure. I can't  really get away with long skirts and the crop top combo but there's other fun trends and I think thats important for women to remember. You may not be able to wear something the same way someone else does but play around with different combos and you might find something that works for you. Follow people with a similar body shape and style for fashion inspo.

  I recently purchased the most gorgeous sandals so I thought I would show them to you, now I haven't worn them out yet I probably will next week so I can't say how comfy they are however they are full on leather with crystals so the quality is great.

Charlotte Tilbury Uptown girl palette

This has got to be my new go to palette, the shadows are dreamy smoothe and just so gorgeous! You can create a soft look or a sultry smokey look. I am so impressed and the packaging is gorgeous and rose gold, ugh just perfection. Ladies and gents this is a must. You need it ;)
