RESIST BHA 9 Treatment
I recently bought a lot of samples from Paula's Choice and so far I am VERY impressed. I wanted to start off with the product that had me thinking damn...
RESIST BHA 9 Treatment
This is basically a potent salicylic treatment that is to be used as a spot treatment for blemishes to wrinkles, large pores and more. For more information head over to Paula's choice. They explain everything so well and tell you when you should use it in your skincare routine. I know I couldn't possibly do a better job and I rather not ramble and just share my results :)
After trying the Glamglam thirsty mud I broke out pretty bad, The worst area was around my chin. 3 angry cystic pimples declared war so I fought back with BHA 9. By the next day they were dried out and after two days of using Paula's choice products they were gone! I only used BHA 9 once because it is very potent and Paula's Choice recommends using it a couple times a week.
Overall I was very impressed. I never had a product zap cystic acne that efficiently and quickly.
The price tag is a little steep at around $40 however if you are someone that suffers from painful cystic acne on a regular basis I believe this product is a must have. For someone like myself that occasionally gets painful cystic acne it's more of a luxury product. It is a multi use product so I will test it out on my other concerns like large pores but that takes longer to see results.
I hope you enjoyed this review I plan on reviewing some of my other favourite products from Paula's Choice. So far I've tried about several things so I wana review my absolute favourites in the next month.

Glamglow Thirsty mud hydrating treatment
This review is based on using the mask over night and how my skin looked the next morning. For my previous review I list more details about the mask and my experience for using it in a shorter time so I advise reading that first.
When I woke up my skin felt soft but it was very oily and I noticed a few breakouts. Overall I don't think this mask is a good match for my oily skin that is prone to breakouts.
My full rating is a 7/10.
It's a moisturizing mask however the ingredients aren't that great. Yes there are some good ingredients like coconut and honey however they also add in fragrance and other not so great things that can irritate your skin. I think the price point is inflated by too much because it is a "Hollywood" product.
I suggest grabbing some samples I think you will either love it or hate it.

Glamglow Thirstymud Review
This review is going to be based off leaving the mask on for 15minutes. My next review will be about leaving it on overnight. I will probably have up that review tomorrow :)
FYI I didn't take pictures because the mask is a beige colour but when applied to skin it blends in and is absorbed rather quickly.
I received my sample from Sephora, when I got home I took off my makeup and applied the mask. I used a dime size, you really do not need much.
The smell was rather pleasant however it was very artificial like a tropical scent, I don't like artificial scents because there not good for your skin. As I rubbed it into my skin it felt a little warm almost tingly and very cool. It was a weird feeling but not painful at all the sensation eventually fades.
When I took off the mask my skin felt cool once again. My skin felt a little soft I applied my clinique acne solutions moisturizer.
Before I went to bed I noticed a red spot on my cheek it was like I was about to get a blemish so I put on a glycolic solution over it.
The next day I woke up to soft skin that was a little oily but my room was very warm.
My overall rating for this process is a 7.5/10. I didn't notice a huge difference but I'm hoping to have better results if I leave it on longer however I'm nervous that will break me out so we will see...
I wanted to mention that I also put the mask on my lips and it did leave them feeling moisturized and soft.

Diorshow Fusion Mono shadow review
I recently picked up 4 of these gorgeous shadows and let me tell you they did not disappoint!
The shadows I picked up are Chimere (pink/beige with silver & pink shimmer), Millenium (green with gold shimmer), etoile (silver with pink, blue & silver shimmer), and lastly meteore (brown/gold with silver & gold shimmer).
So far I found that the best way to apply these are with your fingers. They are very buildable and blendable. I love how the shimmer really catches the light. They are very long wearing. After a long day out running errands and having snowflakes hit my face my eyes still looked fantastic at the end of the day.
My overall rating is a 10/10
I highly recommend these :)
I may or may not buy more ;)
I didn't include swatches because my camera is broken atm I ordered one and its on its way. Anyways pictures don't pick up the shimmer I suggest checking these out in person.
Next review coming up will be on the Glamglow Thirstymud!
Baby girl spring haul!
So everything I bought besides the grey dress is for spring. I bought a pink sweater dress with pink sequence hearts on it. That is for spring however it may not fit her until fall so we will see.
What inspired me to go shopping was the nautical theme collection at old navy. I even picked up two tshirts for myself so I can kind of match my daughter lol I also wanted to get her some really girly clothing. I shopped at Joe fresh to achieve that look. I really adore shopping for my little miss and this is just the beginning. In the next couple of months I plan on going to baby gap, h&m and Bonnie togs too. I adore Zara however it's very far so I won't be going there until a few months.
Some of my favourite purchases was the little girl in a sailor dress tshirts. I picture Julianna looking a lot like her when she's older. I also adore the sailor jacket and the navy lace top. I really think the red dress with the boats on it will look so adorable on her. Devon actually picked out the pink plaid shirt. He hates shopping yet he always likes to have some say in the kids clothes and even mine! Lol
I'm actually planning on putting her in the pink and white heart dress for her birthday. I think she will look adorable with it on :)
Anyways I hope you enjoyed this post. I have a dior creme shadow review coming up. Ill probably post a haul to show what I got then wait so I can play with them then review them.
Also wanted to mention I got a nautical hello kitty top to match hers! :)

Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser review
Let me first start off this review by saying that I did receive these products to test out however I will be giving my honest opinions. I blog to help others out so I hope this review helps you decide if you want to try out this product when it hits stores :)
At the moment this new series from Garnier has not launched is stores as far as I know. The sample containers say this hair care system is for distressed, damaged hair. My hair is distressed and damage however it is also very thick and naturally frizzy and unruly.
When I applied the shampoo I used 1/3rd of the container, it felt super moisturizing and it had a nice lather. The conditioner also felt very moisturizing and I used almost half of the container and left it is for 3-5mins. When I got out of the shower I wrapped my hair in a towel for 5 minutes I then added 1/6th of the serum to my hair and blow dried my hair until it was 75% dry. I then added the same amount and dried my hair so it was about 95% dry.
Results- My hair felt kind of soft, it was shiny but still very frizzy. I'm not a huge fan of the scent it smells cheap to be honest.
Overall rating is a 7/10 for the conditioner and serum, they're probably a bit better then average I would say. I think this product would work better on less unruly hair. I think it might be to thick for fine hair.
My favourite product was the shampoo it felt moisturizing when applied but when I rinsed it out my hair felt very clean and no residue was left behind. I rate it a 8.5/10.
Anyways I've attached some pictures so you can get a better look :)
I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.

Josie Maran Coconut Watercolor Cheek Gelée
A quick review on one of the best blushes, possibly the perfect blush for cool weather!
Coconut Watercolor Cheek Gelée by Josie Maran is a very light gel blush. It glides on smooth and is very buildable, I noticed it even helped hide my pores! I have very sensitive skin and It did not break me out. I've worn it out several times in cold weather and it lasted when I got home in the afternoon until I washed off my makeup before bed.
My overall rating is a 10/10. This rating does not reflect how it wears in warm weather because it won't be warm here for a couple more months. I would love to see more colours launch as there's not really a true pink.
I have the shade pink escape.
Bare minerals High Shine Eyecolor
I will be reviewing the shadows in iced mocha and bronze brown.
I purchased these in a duo set around the holidays however you can still purchase them individually. Both shadows are very pigmented you could defiantly skip a primer. They have a smudge tip applicator. I find these super easy to apply, I think these are great for quick makeup because it looks like you put in more effort because the colours are so beautiful and they blend easily.
Iced mocha is a brown/purple with a pinkish gold reflective quality. Bronze brown is a coppery gold.
Overall I rate these lovely's a 10/10.

Update :)
By next weekend you can expect to see either a haul or reviews on new products. I'm probably going shopping next Friday. I'm also thinking about putting up a baby girl spring/summer clothes haul.
Until then I'm going to try to have up a couple more posts. Not sure about what. I find I write the best when I'm feeling inspired so it will be a surprise for the both of us! Right now I'm thinking about reviewing the YSL golden gloss. I'm not a fan of the smell but does it ever make your lips look super plump. Well I hope you've enjoyed my blog so far & continue reading.
I also want to mention that I'm receiving some products from companies and I will disclose when I do and I always give my honest opinion. I want my blog to be a place for people to come to when they want a honest review that's insightful.

Product Empties & HUGE REVIEW
So I'm going to have pictures linked bellow. I'm going to sum up my thoughts and if I would repurchase or if I already have and I'll do a rating too. Now this isn't absolutely everything I've used up in the past months. I try to put everything in a bag but I'm only human and sometimes I forget however I will talk about the products I can remember first.
The body shop mango body butter
• HG product, smells fantastic and its super hydrating. Repurchased and 10/10.
Soap & glory original scent body butter
• It smells divine however I find its a bit to thick. I would repurchase in the future 8/10
Ro's argan shower conditioner
• LOVE LOVE LOVE, it smells nice and it conditions like no other. I have repurchased and I rate it 10/10.
Macadamia natural oil repair mask
• I like how this product conditions my hair however I find it works best with the next mask I will be mentioning. As a stand alone mask I rate it a 7/10.
One n' only argan mask
• This is the best mask I have ever used. It's extremely moisturizing & it smells amazing. I repurchased and I rate it 9.5/10.
Urban Decay primer original
• My eyes are slightly hooded so product on my lids tend to get up to my crease. Nothing can prevent it but this helps. I rate it 9/10. I have backups from palettes.
Stila smudge stick
• Its ok I don't find it super soft and mine broke on me pretty fast. I'm not a fan of the packaging. I would not repurchase. I rate it a 7/10.
Kat Von D Foundation
• Nice foundation if you want full coverage however you can absolutely tell you are wearing makeup and it tends to oxidize. I would not repurchase. I need light coverage and it didn't work for my skin. I rate it a 7/10.
Lush Turkish Delight
• I love this scent because it reminds me of my Nana however she's elderly and I rather smell more youthful... My skin was left feeling very clean but not soft. I would not purchase the full size. I rate it a 6/10.
Nivea Vanilla & Macadamia lip butter
• Moisturizing & smells delightful not to mention affordable. I have repurchased. I rate it a 9/10.
Sephora by opi looks like rain, dear
• This product is discontinued however it is stunning and long wearing. I rate it a 9.5/10.
Mario Badescu special mask for oily skin
• I don't really notice a difference so I will not purchase the full size. I rate it a 5/10. My skin felt nice but that's about it.
Urban decay 24/7 liquid liner in perversion
• This is a liner that I love and hate. It's not the easiest to use however it has a very fine brush. The pigmentation is good at first. I would not repurchase because I don't really like liquid liner. I rate it a 8/10.
Philosophy hope in a jar
• It smells horrible, broke me out and did a crap job at moisturizing. I really love some of philosophy's products but this was not one. I would not purchase a full size & I rate it 3/10.
Bare minerals stroke of light
• I like that this product was light and blended beautiful however I feel like it could of had a bit more pigmentation I'm not sure if I would purchase the full size. I rate it 7.5/10.
Glam Glow Youth mud
• I really didn't feel like this did much for my skin. It felt tight, smooth and a tad bit glowy but my skin looked irritated after and it didn't help with breakouts. I would not purchase the full size. I rate it a 5/10.
Glam Glow super mud
• I had a better experience with this mask. My skin looked really nice after and my blemishes started to fade the next day. I'm so undecided though because I know it has some not so nice ingredients, it's jar packaging (components stop working after first use) and its over priced. If they sold this in a small tube for half the price then I would buy it. I rate it a 7.5/10.
First Aid Ultra repair cream
• It was such a small sample so I don't feel like I can give it a fair review so I'm just going to say it was nice and potentially worth checking out.
Lastly bumble & bumble thickening shampoo & conditioner
• I didn't feel like this did much for my hair. It seemed more knotty and dry. I already have thick hair so I would not purchase the full size and I'm going to skip the rating.
Anyways I hope you found this helpful!

Tarte LipSurgence
Lately I've been obsessed with the tv show "Once Upon a Time" and being the beauty fanatic I am I've been lusting over Snows gorgeous faint matte red lips!
So I did some research and the makeup artist possibly uses the tarte jumbo crayon styled lipstick. At that moment I realized I had one.
I love this product because it glides on like silk and leaves a beautiful colour. However it is matte and I have extremely dry lips so my lips do get a tad bit chapped. The one thing that prevents me from using it more often is the strong minty scent. I really do not like anything that is minty. I wish makeup brands would stick to simple universal scents like vanilla or just make the products without a scent.
My overall rating based on application, longevity, and how my lips react is a 8.5/10.
I highly recommend this lipstick/stain to lip product lovers that don't mind the strong minty scent.

Kiss gel nail dress review UPDATED
Last night I attempted to apply the kiss dress gel strips. When I pulled off the first nail appliqué I noticed it was very thick and seemed like a sticker.
The application process on my thumbs wasn't easy nor difficult. I would say it was right in the middle. However I could not get the damn things to stick to smaller nails :( it would apply then pop right up.
I layered a clear top cost over my thumbs and I think it helped seal the sticker however not by much.
As beautiful as the designs are the product itself really does not work that well :( I think the problem is that they are so thick so on smaller nails they kind of just pop up after placed and because of that I'm rating these a 4/10.
This product may be the most stunning appearance wise however I simply can't rate it off of that. Women want to be able to use something on all of their nails and they don't want a difficult process. A lot of us are moms and we simply do not have time for that.
Wear time was about 35 hours for one nail. The other one is still on but slightly lifting.
